Таксама іх можна ствараць і перапрацоўваць у аператыўным рэжыме. Мэтай сайта з'яўляецца таксама стварэнне інтэрактыўных зборнікаў і іх даступнасць для ўсіх карыстальнікаў.Такія блокі маюць сваю асноўную каштоўнасць - інтэрактыўнасць.
